How it works ?

​The support process takes place in several stages:

​

Initial Consultation: Physical or video meeting to discuss your needs, preferences and budget. Together we establish a detailed list of specific criteria for the property you are looking for. I may send you a questionnaire to better target your search.

Active Search: I immediately start looking for properties matching your criteria, sometimes even before they are put on the market. Sometimes I do a well-targeted prospecting in your favorite neighborhood.

​

Selective Presentation: I only present properties that perfectly meet your expectations, thus optimizing your time and energy. At the beginning the selection is a little wider but little by little we refine your search.

​

Visits and Negotiations: I accompany you for visits to the pre-selected properties and you benefit from my expertise during the negotiations.

​

"Promise of Sale": Together we study the project sent by the notary and I will accompany you on the day of signing at the notary (if you wish of course).

​

During the period between the promise of sale and the final signature we can take the opportunity to request quotes for work that you are considering in order to save time for your installation.

Installation/design: I take care of all the formalities for changing subscriptions related to electricity, water, telephone, administration, etc.
